OUR PHILOSOPHY
The logo of the institute depicting ‘The Rising Star’ is a manifestation of the institute’s cherished philosophy of ‘unlocking the potential’ and reflects a commitment to help students achieve their goals crossing all the hinderances.

We envision building a new generation of conscious young leaders by interweaving enlightening learning experiences into the day to day life of learners. We aim to groom confident and enlightened individuals through a multi-dimensional curriculum which focuses on synergizing knowledge and abilities.
ENROLMENT CRITERION
At SMART Shala, we believe education is a fundamental right. Admission is open to all, regardless of gender, caste, or creed, based solely on a student’s willingness to learn and dedication to success. Upon enrollment, students receive an enrollment card and undergo a SWOT analysis to focus efforts on areas needing improvement.

HOLISTIC DEVELOPMENT
We believe every student has a hidden talent in him or her. Keeping this in mind, we encourage student to participate in the activities organised every month. This helps students to have stronger academic as well as co-curricular background.
BATCH SIZE
We do not accommodate more than eight students in one batch to promote effective learning. By doing this we also promote quality teaching. Due to effective and small batch size the mentors are able to meet students’ expectations. Individual attention is paid to each and every student. All the students get endless individual and group doubt sessions in order to attain their goals.
SMART CLASSES
As the name of the institute suggests, we collaborate teaching with technology using SMART Classes to make better understanding of the concept. The videos and animations used while teaching help the students to learn the concept more thoroughly and not just mug up them up.
CLASS ATMOSPHERE
The students are trained keeping in mind importance of their holistic education. Mentors not only train students in their academics but also share extra-curricular knowledge beyond the classroom.
REGULAR APPRECIATIONS AND AWARDS
Students are given a short term goal to achieve the honour of Student of the Month which keeps them going and attain a longer target by achieving small ones
REGULAR INTERACTION WITH PARENTS
Monthly PTMs are organised to give parents the feedback about their ward.
